1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ReviewIQ.biz ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReviewIQ.biz is an AI-powered review intelligence platform that aggregates customer reviews from third-party platforms and provides analytics, sentiment analysis, churn prediction, and roadmap insights to SaaS businesses.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys. Notify us immediately at security@reviewiq.biz if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Downgrading or cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to collect or process data you do not have rights to
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate third-party rights
• Share API keys publicly or allow unauthorized third-party access

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or connect to ReviewIQ.biz. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewIQ Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
