Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
When you register for ReviewIQ.biz, we collect your email address, company name, and role. When you use the service, we collect review data you connect via integrations (G2, Zendesk, Typeform, Delighted, HubSpot), usage data (pages visited, features used), and API access logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the ReviewIQ.biz service
- To send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts)
- To generate AI-powered insights and analytics from your connected review data
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) hosted on AWS in the US-East region. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes — we never store raw keys. Passwords are hashed using scrypt with a unique salt per account.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe — Payment processing. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
- Resend — Transactional email delivery.
- Anthropic Claude — AI analysis of review text. Review content may be processed by Anthropic's API.
- Supabase — Database hosting.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Review data collected from integrations is retained for 24 months by default.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@reviewiq.biz.
7. Cookies
ReviewIQ.biz uses localStorage (not cookies) to store your API session key. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
